Tilt-Table Engineering & Custom Metal Fabrication

This project documents the development and validation of a self-tilting wall table designed to safely raise full-scale wall panels from horizontal to vertical positions. Engineered and fabricated in-house, the system performed exactly as intended—providing controlled, reliable lifting under real-world construction conditions.

The proof-of-concept hemp cast was used to test load behavior, balance, and mechanical performance of the table. While the wall panels themselves were not the focus of finish quality, the primary objective was achieved: validating the table’s structural integrity, tilt mechanics, and operational safety. This system demonstrates a scalable solution for efficient wall handling and innovative construction workflows.
